Per gli uffici centrali Baglioni Hotels & Resorts, collocati nella centralissima zona Brera a Milano stiamo cercando un Reservations Agent - Customer Care La risorsa riporterà al Reservations Manager, e si occuperà nello specifico delle seguenti aree di attvità per tutte le proprietà della collection (Italia - Londra - Maldive) : Accoglienza e gestione chiamate inbound dei clienti rispettando gli standard aziendali Gestione richieste clienti B2B e B2C pre e post booking Identificare, ricercare e risolvere i problemi dei clienti Cross selling di servizi ed experiences Attività di protection Inserimento prenotazioni nel PMS Gestione prenotazioni ricevute tramite sistemi partner Partecipazione a training per migliorare skills and performance Condivisione feedback e suggerimenti per migliorare il servizio offerto Requisiti Richiesti: Ottima conoscenza dell''Inglese e di una seconda lingua straniera come il Tedesco che costituisce un plus. Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno un paio d' anni preferibilmente in ambito Hotel nel front office o ufficio prenotazioni; proattività, forte predisposizione al problem solving, orientamento al cliente e al teamwork.
