All about the role:In this position you will have the opportunity to gain a rich experience in the world of a matrix, international company. You will work cross functionally and gain a wide exposure inside the manufacturing world.

In detail, you will:

Supporting the implementation of Lean Manufacturing methods and tools throughout the factory.
Training and supporting the different teams in using Lean Manufacturing tools and encourages the implementation of best practices.
Analyzing and assessing the manufacturing processes, makes corrective actions.
Giving proposals for changing KPI's, if required.
Responsible for the continuous improvement of the productivity.
Supporting and taking active part in preparation for the Lean Manufacturing assessment of the factory.
Supporting to crate yearly Lean Manufacturing action plan (dashboard).

Who you are:

Student or recent graduate in any field of Engineering
Knowledge of 5S, Lean and Kaizen principles ia appreciated.
Digital and IT skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in Italian language is required.
Fluent English both spoken and in written.

Where you'll be:

You will be based in Porcia (PN) site where around 2000 people daily contribute to our purpose.

Here we produce cutting-edge washing machines and reinvent every day how to better take care of our clothes in millions of homes across the globe.
