As Customer Care Specialist (M/F/d) you handle service/maintenance contracts and requests for repair and intervention from customers with technicians and external partners.

You provide administrative and commercial support to the sales force and are a real interface between the customer, the technical sales engineers, the service team, the internal and external departments.

As such, your action has a direct impact on the results of the division, on the quality of the follow-up of our customers and on their satisfaction.


Tasks

  • You inform / guide customers according to their request (request for intervention, contract followup, repair request, followup of files in progress, technical information, etc.).
  • You ensure aftersales service followup in microscopy and industry
  • You carry out the commercial study of the customer's request such as:
  • Monitoring of his contract,
  • Establishment of maintenance or repair quotes,
  • Collaboration with the repair center located in the Czech Republic
  • Followup of quotes and interventions
  • Communication and monitoring of costs and deadlines
  • You build commercial offers and ensure followup in relation with the Commercial Delegate and external service providers who work with customers
  • You process the interventions and validate the invoices of the stakeholders according to the quotes established
  • You handle complaints and disputes

Requirements:


  • You bring experience in sales administration management of at least 3 years in an aftersales service, management of maintenance/ contracts / management of spare parts and intervention company
  • Education level: Bac +2/+3
  • Good written and oral expression skills
  • Customer and solution oriented mindset
  • Ability to analyze situations and take quick action
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM software
  • Good level of oral and written English required given the international context of the position
