Descrizione
Perform mechanical fully non-linear static simulation at pack, module and cell level.Support mechanical explicit dynamic simulation at pack, module and cell level.
Support mechanical vibration simulation at pack, module and cell level.
Able to coordinate characterization test. Data Interpretation and data analysis.
Advise on test set up (sensors placement, boundary conditions, interaction with V&V department)
Correlate models vs reality to improve company experience
Manage internal and external projects, contracts, while collaborating with internal teams (R&D, Industrialization, Projects, Simulation, ...).
Manage collaborations with suppliers, customers and strategic partners.
Contribution in the company roadmap.
Be up to date to the state of the art on its topic of expertise.
Support Intellectual Property monitoring and propose innovative patentable concepts.
Contribute to the development and to the consistent application of standards (tools, methodologies, good practices,...) for mechanical modeling
Knowledge / Know how
Mechanical fully non-linear simulation and vibration simulations
Theoretical knowledge of explicit dynamics simulations (crush/crash/shock)
Experience in explicit dynamics simulation is a plus
Knowledge of battery manufacturing processes is a plus
Thermal/CFD/ Simulation is a plus
Knowledge on various analytical methods commonly used in simulation
Problem solving methods
Basic skills in any standard programming language (C++, Fortran, Matlab, Python, Java,...)
Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in similar job
Qualifications
MSc with 3 years of experience or PhD with thesis
Fluent in English, Italian is a plus
