- Ricercare proattivamente nuovi potenziali clienti (broker e agenti assicurativi) attraverso attività di prospecting: chiamate a freddo, email outreach, social selling su LinkedIn
- Qualificare i lead in ingresso e identificare le opportunità commerciali più promettenti
- Costruire e gestire una pipeline di contatti, mantenendo aggiornato il CRM con tutte le interazioni
- Fissare appuntamenti e demo della piattaforma Coverzen per i prospect qualificati
- Costruire relazioni di fiducia con broker e agenti assicurativi attraverso un approccio consulenziale
- Comprendere a fondo le esigenze operative degli intermediari per proporre soluzioni personalizzate
- Laurea (preferibilmente economico/giuridico) o esperienza equivalente in ambito commerciale/assicurativo
- Esperienza: 0–2 anni in ruoli commerciali, inside sales, SDR/BDR, customer success o customer service
- Lingue: Italiano fluente, inglese base (B1 minimo)
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative, sia al telefono che per iscritto
- Gestione positiva del rifiuto
- Ottima capacità organizzativa e rispetto delle scadenze
- Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra e alla collaborazione
- Capacità di apprendere rapidamente procedure operative e software gestionali
- Interesse per il settore assicurativo e per l'innovazione digitale
- Forte orientamento agli obiettivi e alla performance
- Conoscenza base dei prodotti assicurativi e della normativa IVASS
- Familiarità con software gestionali o CRM (es. HubSpot)

Il tuo ruolo
L'Inside Sales sarà responsabile di generare nuove opportunità commerciali e sviluppare relazioni con gli intermediari assicurativi, con l'obiettivo di ampliare la base clienti e posizionare Coverzen come la soluzione di riferimento per la gestione del loro business assicurativo.
