Our client is an Italian multinational company leader in
formulating and manufacturing high-end chemical raw material.

Customers are major Italian and foreign industrial companies.

For the upgrading of the
Sales Department, we are seeking:

BACK OFFICE & CUSTOMER CARE

Posizione:

Main activities and responsibilities

Entering orders;
Follow up on the status of deliveries in close collaboration with the logistics department;
Responding to customer enquiries regarding delivery times and order status and consequent invoicing;
Problem solving with regard to supply/delivery issues;
Constantly liaising with the Italian Sales Network to communicate the status of orders and manage urgencies;
Managing After-Sales, helping customers with their requests for private customers and realising customised offers for B2B;
Reporting activities (Excel).

Requisiti:

The ideal Resource has at least 2 / 5 years' experience in a similar role or as Inside Sales, in medium-sized and international companies.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of MS Office.
Advanced knowledge of the
English language (B
C1)
Experience in CRM / Sales Back Office management systems will be considered a plus.

Communication skills, customer focus, problem solving, and accuracy complete the profile.
