Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Purpose of this role is to guarantee an Omnichannel consistent stores activation plan across the marketplace (Zone) by coordinating and supporting all the key counterparts and stakeholders in order to deliver One Brand Plan at the eyes of consumers. To set-up a framework of performance for Alliance Accounts and Direct To Consumer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To guarantee an integrated Zone Marketplace Store Activation Calendar across sales channels (monobrand and multibrand,), across local and cross border WHS banners, online and offline
  • To guarantee an updated mapping of physical doors across for a geomarketing view and action plan
  • Lead recurrent alignments with Strategic Accounts and xborder Brand teams
  • To represent the unique point of contact for European Activation Teams to support Account In store plans executed in the Zone (ie: talents, athletes, services.)
  • To coordinate and facilitate the above execution plans within Zone marketing organization guaranteeing a clear brief and representing the unique point of contact
  • To steer the different store activation calendars at door level and Account Marketing Plan level, stating from the business plan in alignment with Go To Market Team
  • Consolidate regular reporting (sellout, KPIs) for an Integrated Marketplace campaign results
  • To constantly align with European counterparts
  • Regular sharing of the marketplace insights & marketing overview
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Leadership skills in order to drive processes and creating consensus
  • Project management abilities
  • Experience in Trade Marketing and/or Retail
  • Experience ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
  • Italian and English: fluent, written and spoken


  • IT skills

  • Outlook and Word: basic; Excel and Power point: advanced;
