What will you do?


Are you ready to redefine the future of real estate performance marketing? We're seeking a Performance Marketing Master to revolutionize our acquisition and lead generation efforts.

Join us in disrupting the traditional real estate market and take on the challenge of reshaping the industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Independently orchestrate acquisition and lead gen campaigns across diverse platforms—Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and affiliates—to ensure the team consistently surpasses targets.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to furnish comprehensive reports, conduct meticulous campaign analyses, and extract actionable insights that propel us towards success.
  • Drive exceptional outcomes by leveraging your extensive experience in web and app install campaigns, making profound contributions to the overall triumph of our marketing endeavors.
  • Oversee budget allocation and management, ensuring resource efficiency that aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Spearhead improvements in funnel conversion rates to maximize acquisitions from onlinegenerated direct leads, enhancing the quality of our lead pool.
  • Manage a diverse array of stakeholders, cultivating collaborative relationships that steer us towards achieving our business objectives.
  • Develop and instill a splittesting mentality, embracing the unknown, and consistently testing innovative strategies. Innovate our online marketing portfolio creatively and tactically, aiming to amplify both lead volume and lead quality.
  • Stay at the forefront of performance marketing trends, seizing opportunities for growth and ensuring our strategies remain cuttingedge.

Key Qualifications:


  • A proven track record in performance marketing, with a minimum of 4/5 years in a similar role.
  • Startup experience is highly desirable
  • Possess strong analytical and data skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in English (Professional Working Level):
  • A proactive self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.

Nice to Have:

  • CRM experience—additional proficiency that adds value to our holistic marketing approach.
  • Additional Language Proficiency: Fluency in Italian, Spanish, or French
