    ORDER MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIP

    La risorsa verrà formata sulla gestione degli ordini dei cliente, dall'inserimento dell'ordine alla fatturazione e alla consegna al cliente finale.

    È l'anello di congiunzione chiave nella comunicazione con i clienti per domande sugli ordini.

    Verrà formato su attività a stretto contatto con il dipartimento commerciale/prodotto/finanza/trasporti per garantire che ogni ordine venga elaborato e consegnato in tempo.

    In particolare apprenderà le seguenti attività:

    • Inserimento/Gestione ordini:
    • Monitoraggio della produzione:
      tracciare la corretta programmazione, l'avanzamento della produzione
    • Consegna:
      monitorare il processo di consegna con particolare attenzione a blocchi commerciali, malfunzionamenti del sistema e altre anomalie che potrebbero impedire/ritardare la spedizione/consegna
    • Fatturazione:
      monitoraggio del completamento della fatturazione degli ordini in portafoglio

    Requisiti:

    • Laurea magistrale in Economia
    • Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello AVANZATO
    • Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office e in particolare di Excel

    inserimento in stage con rimborso spese di 800 euro e mensa aziendale
