JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.

job will involve:

Occupiers' needs definitions and real estate strategy outline including business, real estate, legal, financial, organizational and technical issues
Financial modelling, sensitivity analysis and scenario comparison to provide comprehensive decision-making tools
Support during the negotiations with landlords or representatives, market research, various stakeholders management to achieve our client's project ambitions (legal, technical, fiscal advisors as well as the end-user) and accurate reporting
Assist with the coordination of JLL building fit-out experts (Designers, Architects, Project Managers, Technical experts) and act as a single point of contact towards the client up to project's delivery

Contribute to the business development:

liaise with JLL international network, develop a successful local client's connections, prepare and defend pitches oversight by seniors members.
