This contract/role is valid until October 31, 2024. Leidos is looking for a Systems Specialist Lead to provide support for AHLTA/CHCS systems at Sigonella Navy Base Italy.

The Systems Specialist Lead will conduct systems analysis, assist with system installations, and offer hot-line support to customers. They should have troubleshooting skills, knowledge of MHS clinical systems and Windows environment, and expertise in technical documentation. The role involves ensuring the integration of system peripherals, managing the installation and maintenance of CHCS/AHLTA hardware and software, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing system security checks regularly.

Tasks to Perform:

• Site Administration Tasks including AHLTA/CHCS, DII System administration, and scheduled backups
• Support System Upgrades for CHCS/AHLTA (Hardware / Software / Firmware)
• Manage CHCS/AHLTA Site Level System Availability
• Assist with monitoring System Performance and Management of bottlenecks
• Resolve data integrity issues
• Install approved software and patches
• Maintain approved interfaces between SDD IT Systems
• Provide onsite support for testing, evaluation, and implementation of new IT systems
• Reporting, Documentation, and Coordination of major system events
• Perform technical escalation
• Support special projects related to CHCS/AHLTA
• Other Duties as assigned supporting CHCS/AHLTA

Required Education and Experience:

• BS Degree or Equivalent Experience with less than two years of relevant experience
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an ADP II Clearance
• Must Possess current Comptia Security+ Certification
• Must meet DOCPER, in country requirements

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $48,000 - $86,950.00. This range is a guideline and not a guaranteed compensation amount. Factors considered in determining compensation include responsibilities, education, experience, skills, market data, and internal equity.
