Job summary

This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and elevate the customer experience across a cutting-edge AI-powered software platform.
You will own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion, ensuring clients maximize value from the platform.
The position requires building strong, trust-based relationships with technical and executive stakeholders while advocating for customer needs internally.
You will guide customers through best practices, troubleshoot challenges,
and deliver strategic insights to help them achieve their objectives.
