Job summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and scale a high-performing Customer Success team across the EMEA region.You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, driving adoption, satisfaction,
and long-term retention while maximizing revenue growth.
The position involves coaching and developing a team of Customer Success Managers,
analyzing customer and product data to identify improvement opportunities,
and implementing processes to optimize team efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams,
