    Per uno dei nostri clienti, siamo alla ricerca di un Project Manager.

    La risorsa verrà inserita come responsabile del team Customer Incident Management & TAC

    Attività:

    • coordinare un team di risorse tecniche (circa 6-7 FTE) ad elevato skill
    • assicurare la corretta distribuzione delle attività e monitorare le prestazioni individuali per garantire un supporto efficiente e di alta qualità;
    • fornire supporto tecnico avanzato per la gestione e la risoluzione di problematiche complesse relative alle reti;
    • rispondere prontamente a situazioni di emergenza, quali interruzioni del servizio o malfunzionamenti critici delle reti, cercando soluzioni tempestive;
    • condurre analisi approfondite per identificare e risolvere problemi di rete, utilizzando strumenti di diagnostica e monitoraggio delle reti;
    • collaborare a progetti di implementazione, upgrade o migrazione di reti, fornendo consulenza tecnica e supporto durante le fasi di pianificazione e esecuzione

    Competenze richieste:

    • almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione della rete presso un ISP (IP e MPLS);
    • Esperienza nella gestione e nel coordinamento di risorse tecniche;
    • comprovata conoscenza di reti basate su MPLS, IPv4 ed IPv6 (SR-MPLS/SRv6 costituiscono titolo preferenziale) ed esperienze su architetture CLOS (Cisco ACI costituisce titolo preferenziale) e soluzioni SD-WAN;
    • esperienza su reti e protocolli Layer2;
    • gestione e configurazione di reti MPLS e dell'utilizzo di protocolli di routing dinamici (BGP, OSPF ed IS-IS);
    • spiccata capacità in ambito di troubleshooting di alto livello;
    • conoscenza di linguaggi di scripting e programmazione (Phyton, Perl);
    • buona conoscenza della lingua inglese in ambito tecnico

    Nice to Have: Aver conseguito le seguenti certificazioni o equivalenti: Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise (CCNP), JNCIS-SP, JNCIS-DC, JNCIP-SP, JNCIP-DC

    Luogo di lavoro: Roma con possibilità di Smart Working
