Job Description:

Role mission

EMEA Inventory Planning Assistant has the responsibility to maximize the productivity of inventory in a luxury supply chain and optimize the coverage of assortment reaching the target stock level, with the aim to get the right products to the right place at just the right time.

Key Accountabilities

Execute daily allocation and replenishment from central and local distribution centers to stores, on the base of target stock level, sales, distribution plan, rationing criteria in order to maximize service level in EMEA countries and to support sales objectives
Work in strictly collaboration with buyers, merchandiser, retail, to understand and support priorities and market requests
Monitor and control of store sales and stock levels in ME stores
Analysis of coverages and store performances

Key Requirements

Master degree in economics, managing engineer, statistics, mathematics, or related fields
Preferred but not required a previous experience in a similar role in the fashion industry
Fluent English
Strong experience in using MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical abilities
Detail oriented and extreme accuracy
Teamwork
Problem solving
