Posizione La risorsa ricercata si occuperà dell'analisi qualitativa e quantitativa del mercato per l'inserimento di prodotti per ampliare, sostituire o creare una nuova gamma (es. bisogno dei clienti, confronto competitor). Sarà disponibile a dare adeguata assistenza tecnica per i prodotti già esistenti, seguendo campagne pubblicitarie e promozionali, monitorando le gamme prodotto ed applicando eventuali misure correttive o eliminatorie.Attività principali:
    • progetti di inserimento nuovi prodotti
    • assistenza tecnica via mail o al telefono in seconda linea
    • gestione di problemi di qualità e logistici
    • creazione materiale marketing per lancio nuovi prodotti o spinta prodotti esistenti
