- The successful candidate will provide legal support from InterSystems' Milan office for Italy and the European region.
- Assist the Legal Counsel with various legal issues affecting InterSystems in Italy and the region, including software licenses, non-disclosure agreements, subcontracting and teaming agreements, consulting agreements with independent contractors,
- Vendor compliance with InterSystems' policies, facilities matters, corporate maintenance in local jurisdictions, regulatory compliance,
- Raise responses to government tenders of healthcare technology through the lifecycle of a project,
- Masters degree in Law is required.
Experience working on international contracts or dealing with overseas businesses would be beneficial as well as knowledge about data security.
