What you will be doing:

Available to work also during NIGHT SHIFT (from 16:30 to 00:30 or from 23:30 to 07:15)
Supervising a team of operatives
Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift

Fluency in English language is mandatory What do you bring with you:

Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail
Be energetic and enthusiastic
Have a strong customer focus
Have good communication skills

Supports manager by taking supervisory responsibility for day-to-day coordination of team activities.

Ensuring that processes and procedures are completed promptly and consistently and that team activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:
Ensure team motivation.
Ensure employees are treated consistently and fairly.
Ensure that safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices are adhered to during the shift.

The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable.
Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail.
Problem solving attitudeAbility to coordinate a team of about 25 people
