Our top industrial client is seeking anEmail Production Specialist. This talent will beresponsible for developing and executing Email, push and SMS communications for the client'sEast Retail brands. This person will work closely with all members of the retention, acquisition, and retention teams. This assignment will start around 7 months but is expected to be temp-to-perm. This role will be open to remote talentSupport email, SMS and push notification coordination and execution, which includes executing, optimizing and reporting on ongoing communications supporting acquisition, retention, and lead nurturing initiatives with key business stakeholdersDevelop and implement campaigns in Salesforce Marketing CloudCreate and manage email automations and customer lifecycle journeys via FTP list and API-triggersStrong attention to detail, QA and visual aspectsSupport with campaign performance data and report out on resultsEnsure execution is completed flawlesslyEnsure reporting is up to dateUnderstand customer journeys and communication to optimize content, design, and drive increased customer engagementCollaborate seamlessly with team members, 3rd party agency and stakeholders across the organizationPerform other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
