About the Role:

We are searching for a Site Controller for the Lucca site (Porcari), that is specialized in the production of private label tissue products.

The role of Site Controller in Lucca is at the heart of our operations. You'll be responsible for monthly closing, generating insights through reporting and analysis, and shaping future forecasts. What You Will Do:

Monthly Closing: Coordinate the monthly accounting closing process for the site, ensuring that all financial data is accurately recorded and accounting reports are prepared in a timely manner
Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data and generate detailed reports on site performance
Forecasting and Budgeting: Collaborate with the management team to prepare accurate financial forecasts and contribute to the annual site budget planning
Cost Control: Monitor and manage the site's operational costs, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Cross-

Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other business functions such as production, sales, and supply chain management to ensure seamless integration of financial activities with site operations

Auditing: Work closely with internal and external auditors during financial audit activities
Special Projects: Participate in special projects that require financial analysis and management control skills
Team Development: oversee and develop team members

Who You Are:

Minimum of 3 years of experience of accounting practices, financial analysis, and budget management. Must be capable of interpreting complex financial data and deriving valuable insights for decisionmaking
Analysis and Reporting: Must be able to generate accurate and relevant financial reports

Forecast Management:
Experience in budget management and creating financial forecasts

Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, executives, and teams from different business functions
Leadership and Collaboration: A collaborative leader, capable of working effectively with team members and other business functions

Solving Abilities:
Must be capable of proactively and creatively addressing financial and management challenges

Good English and Italian language skills, both written and spoken, and the ability to communicate with various stakeholders
