Competenze che il tirocinante svilupperà grazie all'esperienza di tirocinio:

Design, trascrizione _in vitro_, purifica e manipolazione di mRNA codificanti proteine virali.
Design di vettori di espressione di proteine in batteri e linee cellulari, tecniche di clonaggio e purifica del DNA.
Manipolazione e trasfezione/elettroporazione di linee cellulari per valutare l'espressione di proteine ricombinanti (antigeni e/o anticorpi monoclonali) e di mRNA tramite tecniche di citofluorimetria, microscopia, SDS-PAGE e western blot.
Sviluppo dell'abilità di risoluzione dei problemi e della capacità di elaborare e presentare in meeting interni i dati prodotti in laboratorio.
Altre competenze non tecniche: capacità di seguire procedure operative e di lavorare con il team per garantire la manutenzione di apparecchiature e reagenti in conformità con i requisiti GSK ed EHS.

PhD o Laurea Magistrale in Biologia, Biotecnologie

Esperienza pregressa pratica in biologia molecolare (tesi, laboratori universitari)
Competenze in biologia molecolare applicata ai batteri e cellule eucariotiche
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Conoscenza del pacchetto office
Teamwork, positività, flessibilità e dinamicità
Capacità comunicative e relazionali
