POSITION


We are looking for a Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity & Inclusion Specialist who will join the Internal Communication & CSR team.

The resource will guide the Diversity & Inclusion strategy of Loro Piana and will be responsible for developing initiatives and programs that support an inclusive work culture.


The resource, supported by the InternalCommunication & CSR team, will work on a D&I communication plan aligned with the Business Strategy and aimed at promoting diversity, cooperation and equality in the company and raising awareness among everyone in the organization.


The new joiner will collaborate in alignment with local Human Resources departments and other departments on compliance with local regulations on diversityand equity and sharing the strategic of D&I vision and goals with the company stakeholders and the D&I Managers of LVMH Maisons.


In particular, the resource will be involved in the following activities:

  • Develop and execute creative initiatives to foster the organization Diversity & Inclusion goals.
  • Research best practices on D&;I and employee engagement to help share strategy and initiatives.
  • Organize and manage existing and new internal D&;I programs
  • Manage the scheduling, management and logistics organization of all D&I initiatives, projects, and events.
  • Manage the operational and administrative aspects of the activities such as invoices and contacts with third parties, associations, institutions, and public administrations.
  • Participate in continued diversity training to stay abreast of best practices.
  • Act as a point of reference for other LVMH Maison.

PROFILE

Skills required

  • Master Degree in Economics, Management, Human Resources, Communications or similar (a degree in Corporate Social Responsibility is considered a plus).
  • 4/6 years of previous experience in listed/multinational companies in CSR and D&I Functions (CSR Controlling and Reporting).
  • Good knowledge of labour and human right legislation.
  • IT abilities and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and Power Point).
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written (the knowledge of a third language is considered a plus).
  • Good analytical, planning and deadlines monitoring skills.
  • Problem solving, precision, attention to the details, team working attitude and flexibility.
