    Staff functions support transversally these business lines and are centrally managed by various Directors in charge for Legal and Corporate Affairs, Regulatory and Public Affairs, Procurement, Administration Finance & Control, Human Resources & Organization, Communication & Public Relations.

    Who are we looking for? A resource to be placed as a Meter to Cash Process Digitalization, at our headquarters in Milan within the Support Functions.

    ENGIE Italia's organization is structured into a plurality of Global Business Units that oversee different market segments (Energy Solutions, Renewables, Flexible Generation & Retail, GEMS).

    Staff functions, transversal and supporting these lines of business, are centrally managed by various Directors who oversee procurement policies, administrative and financial aspects, human resources management policies, communication, regulatory and institutional affairs, as well as legal and corporate matters.

    What will you do?

    • Management of Business Requirements, actively supporting their drafting and collaborating with the relevant stakeholders, both business key users and external partners:
    • Gathering and understanding business needs in the areas: Billing, Metering, and Formatting;
    • Management of the IT architectures and IT cloud systems, supported by supplier;
    • Translating requirements into application solutions aligned with the IT roadmap with effective and efficient technical solutions;
    • Governance of external supplier;
    • Collaborating with IT areas of governance and security following architectural guidelines, cybersecurity, and reference public cloud;
    • Supporting the daily operation of solutions, ensuring compliance with SLAs of managed partners;
    • Proposing new innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the architecture and the operations;
    • Constantly monitoring implemented solutions, identifying and promptly resolving any issues, and activating continuous improvement. What will you bring to ENGIE?
    • Degree in STEM subjects (Master's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent path)
    • 3 to 5 years of work experience in similar contexts and roles
    • Previous experience and knowledge of cloud-native applications, preferably on AWS technology
    • Proven experience in functional analysis or, as a PM, in the utilities market
    • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with business key users, IT teams, and external partners;
    • Excellent knowledge of the Italian language (You will need to read Italian laws and interact with users who speak only Italian)
