    Your mission

    • Elevate brand presence and strengthen position in the coffee industry
    • Lead direct reports and cross-functional teams for strategic brand initiatives
    • Drive brand equity, consumer engagement, and market share through innovative marketing campaigns

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Developing and executing brand strategies aligned with business objectives
    • Leading integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
    • Managing brand budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation
    • Collaborating with teams and partners for brand consistency
    • Monitoring brand performance metrics and adjusting strategies
    • Mentoring junior team members for continuous learning and growth

    Your profile

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing
    • Minimum 3 years in brand management
    • Previous experience managing direct reports
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Fluency in German and English
    • Passion for the coffee industry
