- Configurare, implementare e gestire l'ambiente CRM su HubSpot per ottimizzare le operazioni di marketing, vendita e assistenza clienti.
- Collaborare con i team interni per comprendere i requisiti e proporre soluzioni CRM che supportino efficacemente le loro esigenze.
- Creare e gestire flussi di lavoro, automazioni e report personalizzati per migliorare l'efficienza e la produttività del team.
- Fornire formazione e supporto agli utenti interni sull'utilizzo efficace di HubSpot e sulle migliori pratiche di CRM.
- Rimanere aggiornato sulle nuove funzionalità di HubSpot e sugli sviluppi nel settore del CRM per suggerire proattivamente miglioramenti e innovazioni.
- Minimo 2 anni di esperienza comprovata nella configurazione e gestione di sistemi CRM, preferibilmente HubSpot.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle funzionalità di HubSpot, inclusi moduli, flussi di lavoro, report e dashboard.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e capacità dimostrata di lavorare efficacemente con team multifunzionale.
- Flessibilità e adattabilità ad un contesto in continua evoluzione.
- Competenze avanzate con la suite Office e tools di project management come Jira e Mira.
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (minimo livello B2).
- Preferenziale, conoscenza basilare di scrittura codice con Python e/o HTML.
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato CCNL Commercio
