We are looking for a Sales Order Administrator to join our rapidly growing Accounting, Finance & Risk team.


As a Sales Order Administrator you will be responsible for issuing invoices, creating sales order in SAP, reconciliation of revenue and maintaining the list of customers for European entities from our Tagetik Business units.

You will be reporting into the Accounting, Finance & Risk Associate Director.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sales order entry for the Italian market
  • Compile and issue sales invoices to customers ensuring invoices are sent to customers for prompt payment
  • Ensure sales invoices are uploaded to client portal, where applicable
  • Maintain and update client portfolio with all the active customers, who require a PO for sales invoices
  • Support the Financial Planning & Analysis team to reconcile deferred and accrued revenue on a monthly basis
  • Assist the Financial Planning & Analysis team with projection of accounting and revenue recognition
  • Work with the Professional Services Coordinators and collect the information that allow the monthly invoicing (for Time and Material or Miles Stones projects)
  • Assist with implementation of new processes and procedures to help improve the finance function
  • Adhoc reports that might be requested by Accounting Manager and Corporate

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, economic disciplines, or equivalent training or experience
  • At least 2 years Sales order entry and/or Accounts Receivable experience within Finance/Accounting department
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office package
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Organized, independent, and selfmotivated
  • Positive attitude with a good cando mentality
