- Implement safety improvements with the safety coordinator
- Assist with all lost time incidents and reporting, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Maintain ERP system BOMs – routings and standard times
- Define standard work and standard operating procedures, support the team to create and update new SOPs
- Implement quality-related improvements in production (fixturing & tooling etc.)
- Working alongside industrial engineers to implement designs that allow them to use materials, machines and even personnel as effectively as possible
- Preparing equipment and machinery layouts, planning workflows and analyzing data like production costs
- Troubleshooting problems, making adjustments and performing routine maintenance tasks
- Providing technical support to all projects, performing root cause analysis and work to reduce any defects
- Analyze all relevant data and use it to improve the processes of the work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering related discipline or similar experience
- Awareness of modern manufacturing methods and tools
- Technical understanding of manufactured products and their functionality
- Good co-operations skills with internal and external parties
- Good English language skills, bothw written and spoken
