Role Description
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk and the spaces (offices, meeting rooms,) into our officed in Genova.
He/She will welcome guests/ employees and will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence. Strong communications and interpersonal skills are kindly required as this a Customer Service role. He/she should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Last, but not least, a receptionist's duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively.Main Activities
- Welcome and greet guests/employees;
- Answer and direct incoming calls;
- Retrieve mail, packages and documents;
- Menage the meeting rooms and support the meeting organization also during the meeting;
- Liaise with the facilities specialist and supervise the external workforce including housekeeping and maintenance;
- Complete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports or other reports requested by management;
- Manage conference room bookings and scheduling;
- Maintain a neat and orderly front desk and reception area;
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent Italian and English;
- Guest/customer relations experience, preferably in a hospitality environment (at least 3 years of experience)
