- Collaborazione con i clienti per pianificare esperienze personalizzate durante il loro soggiorno;
- Fornire informazioni sui luoghi di interesse, le attività culturali, gli eventi e le attrazioni turistiche nella zona circostante, aiutando i clienti a pianificare le loro giornate in base ai loro interessi;
- Assistere i clienti nelle prenotazioni per servizi aggiuntivi come trasferimenti, autonoleggi, servizio in camera, servizi di lavanderia, ecc;
- Gestire eventuali reclami o problemi dei clienti in modo tempestivo e professionale, cercando soluzioni soddisfacenti per garantire un'esperienza positiva.
- avere esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno un anno, preferibilmente in contesti di Lusso internazionali;
- avere un' ottima padronanza della lingua inglese. la conoscenza di un'ulteriore lingua è considerata un nice to have;
- aver avuto esperienza in contesti quali: agenzie di viaggio, tour operator, mondo Hotellerie (anche all'estero) è preferibile;
