- Laurea in Economia, Scienze Bancarie e Assicurative, Architettura o percorso di studi affini.
- Esperienza pregressa nel settore di almeno 3 anni, preferibilmente in Sgr o realtà di consulenza.

Descrizione
La risorsa curerà la gestione operativa ordinaria e straordinaria dei singoli FIA nonché il processo di affidamento di incarichi a fornitori/legali e gestirà i rapporti con gli investitori sottoscrittori attivandosi direttamente per i relativi adempimenti.
Nello specifico si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
-Strategia di investimento, disinvestimento e di locazione del patrimonio del Fondo, gestendo direttamente i contatti con le controparti interessate, analizzando le offerte e negoziando i termini delle operazioni.
-Aggiornamento dei business plan dei FIA gestiti, e partecipazione alla redazione delle relazioni di gestione e la corretta attribuzione dei costi e dei ricavi ai FIA assegnati. Valutazione dei beni per la redazione delle relazioni periodiche.
-Gestione i rapporti con gli outsourcer e verifica del rispetto degli SLA e KPI. Gestire direttamente la scelta e l'affidamento degli incarichi e , con il supporto di altre funzioni o attraverso gli outsourcer, all'alimentazione, in fase di avvio di nuovi FIA, del database immobiliare e il suo aggiornamento.
-Condivisione con gli esperti Indipendenti dei dati necessari allo svolgimento delle attività, inerenti la compilazione della reportistica ESG relativa ai FIA di propria competenza.
