CONTRACT COORDINATOR - GESTIONE APPALTI PUBBLICI
Environmental Services
All'interno della nostra realtà Edison Next Government ricerchiamo una figura che rivesta il ruolo di Contract Coordinator - Gestione Appalti Pubblici, con sede Trieste.
Le principali responsabilità affidate alla risorsa saranno le seguenti:
• Gestire e monitorare l'attività di subappaltatori
• Gestire risorse interne operative
• Gestire e monitorare l'efficienza degli impianti per assicurare il rispetto del contratto e la soddisfazione dell'utenza
• Identificare le urgenze e definire le priorità per assicurare i servizi essenziali agli utenti, il rispetto del contratto e la soddisfazione dell'utenza
• Agire come preposto alla sicurezza
• Identificare i parametri di efficienza e funzionalità da monitorare impianto per impianto
• Mantenere il Contract Manager costantemente informato sullo stato di efficienza degli impianti
• Identificare le caratteristiche tecniche del materiale necessario per la manutenzione, definendone urgenza e destinazione nel rispetto del budget di commessa, e comunicarle all'Ufficio Acquisti.
• Completare la documentazione relativa agli impianti
• Gestire le fasi di preventivazione delle attività di manutenzione straordinaria
Il profilo ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:
• Titolo di studio: Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica, Elettronica o Energetica/Diploma come Perito Industriale
• Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo, anche in altri contesti di Gestione Contratti Pubblici
• Conoscenza delle norme tecniche di sicurezza
• Competenze in ambito elettrotecnico/meccanico
Completano il profilo: ottima capacità di relazionarsi con il cliente e propensione al lavoro in team.
