- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by fostering strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Understand the Italian water market to position Veolia WTS as a leading service provider.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the Service business revenue goals.
- Represent Veolia WTS at industry events to strengthen the company's brand presence.
- Collaborate with the European Sales Service Domain Leader to align strategies.
- Leverage synergies within Veolia group to offer comprehensive solutions to customers.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience, ideally in water or environmental services.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical information effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.
- Proficiency in Italian and English.
- Willingness to travel within Italy.
