Responsabilità del ruolo
La risorsa avrà l'obiettivo di garantire la business continuity dei servizi di pagamento, assicurando la costante qualità del servizio; sarà sua responsabilità pianificare, organizzare e monitorare le attività operative ordinarie e le attività di assistenza, lavorando costantemente in ottica di ottimizzazione dei processi, di supporto e di miglioramento continuo.
Attività
• Gestire le attività di running dei sistemi di pagamento adottati in azienda sia per l'ambito dei negozi fisici che per l'on-line, in particolare coordinando le seguenti attività:
• Eseguire i test per misurare la qualità del servizio e gestire la diffusione delle nuove versioni dei software;
• Collaborare con il team Cybersecurity al fine di assicurare che i sistemi di pagamento siano conformi agli standard di sicurezza e protezione dei dati (es: PCI DSS);
• Collaborare con i gruppi Network & Infrastructure per consentire i corretti indirizzamenti di nuovi servizi e garantire la regolarità di funzionamento dei pagamenti.
Caratteristiche candidato
Requisiti
• Laurea in Informatica/Ingegneria o formazione equivalente in ambito tecnico-informatico;
• Conoscenza degli applicativi di front-end e di back-end di gestione dei pagamenti elettronici (es: Winepts, ECS, UPB);
• Conoscenza dinamiche di Issuing ed Acquiring;
• Conoscenze dei sistemi operativi Windows, Linux e di VMWARE;
• Conoscenza linguaggio Sql e scripting comandi Windows;
• Gradita conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza (Es. PCI DSS);
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi.
