- Contatto telefonico o via mail con clienti.
- Inserimento dati a gestionale ad aggiornamento anagrafiche.
- Pianificazione della manutenzione ordinaria con il cliente e coordinamento delle risorse e delle attrezzature necessarie per il completamento dell'attività.
- Collaborazione con gli ingegneri e il magazzino per garantire che tutte i ricambi e le attrezzature necessarie per le manutenzioni siano disponibili per la visita programmata.
- Prenotazione di mezzi di trasporto (prevalentemente aerei).
- Predisposizione di elenchi dei ricambi necessari per tutte le trasferte.
- Gradito diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo umanistico.
- Richiesta esperienza pregressa in mansioni di back-office e contatto clienti.
- Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Office.
- Propensione al problem-solving e ottime doti comunicative e relazionali.
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (necessario)
