Adecco Lifescience, divisione specializzata nel Recruitment di figure nel settore Lifescience, ricerca un/una :Junior Recruiter - Stagista CURRICULARE (frequentare Università o Master)
Riceverai training e formazione dedicata che ti permetteranno di acquisire gli strumenti necessari per svolgere al meglio il ruolo e di iniziare a costruire il tuo profilo professionale, sviluppando competenze concrete nel settore.
Ti occuperai di ricerca e selezione di personale specializzato nei settori Farmaceutico e Medical Device. Avrai l'opportunità di sviluppare competenze di recruiting su figure altamente qualificate e diventare un consulente di riferimento del settore.
La risorsa selezionata si occuperà di:
•Preparazione e pubblicazione di annunci di lavoro all'interno delle principali piattaforme di reclutamento;
• Attività di Ricerca e Selezione di profili in linea;
•Screening cv;
•Valutazione dei curricula e interviste di selezione volte all'identificazione di candidati in linea con il ruolo cercato;
•Elaborazione dei dossier di presentazione dei candidati idonei.
Requisiti necessari:
•Essere iscritti ad un corso di Laurea triennale, Magistrale o Master per i quali sia necessario EFFETTUARE IL TIROCINIO CURRICULARE;
•Non aver già effettuato tirocinio per il percorso di studi in corso.
Si offre inserimento in Stage CURRICULARE full time di 6 mesi con rimborso di 500€ al mese + buoni pasto giornalieri.
