- Analizzare, valutare ed eseguire le richieste di sviluppo in area SAP
- Realizzare gli interventi necessari nel rispetto delle best practice, degli standard richiesti e delle deadline
- Mantenere le soluzioni, predisponendo i relativi test di funzionamento, effettuando troubleshooting e fornendo assistenza tecnica sui problemi riscontrati
- Identificare, ricercare e risolvere i problemi tecnici segnalati dagli utenti finali o dal team interno
- Assistere i dipartimenti nei progetti di miglioramento, al fine di aumentare le performance dei processi
- Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica o affini
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Proattività, orientamento alla soluzione dei problemi e alla gestione del cliente interno
- Esperienza nello sviluppo SAP, conoscenza della programmazione ABAP e programmazione orientata agli oggetti;
- Esperienza nella gestione di interfacce con Sistemi Esterni (ALE, IDOC, WebServices) e DataMigration (LSMW, DataServices);
