- Definire e prioritizzare le funzionalità del prodotto, raccogliendo i requisiti da implementare traducendoli in user stories e specifiche funzionali
- Contribuire alla definizione della visione e della strategia del prodotto
- Collaborare con il team di sviluppo, garantendo un'adeguata comprensione dei requisiti e delle funzionalità
- Monitorare e valutare il successo del prodotto, valutandone le prestazioni ed i feedback provenienti dai clienti
- Conoscenza ed esperienza nel settore Fashion & Luxury, con focus sui sistemi gestionali.
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di PO, PM e affini nell'ambito della creazione di un prodotto sarà considerato un plus.
- Capacità di gestire e prioritizzare i requisiti in un ambiente dinamico.
- Conoscenza delle metodologie agile, in particolare di Scrum.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, sia scritta che verbale.
- Capacità di collaborare efficacemente con team interfunzionali e di contribuire alle decisioni.
- Orientamento al cliente e capacità di comprenderne le esigenze.
