Responsibilities:
Mission:
You will be acting proactively for the clients satisfaction and their loyalty as well as entering in relationship with Clients with a partnership mindset.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide them both operative and commercial support and solutions in line with SG processes and contribute to the success of transversal projects
- Support the client on the preparation of SLA or and to be aligned with contracts
- Share expertise and priorities with colleagues
- Understand the Securities Services industry, their typical operating models and the key components of their business.
- Negotiation attitude within my scope of responsibilities
Profile required:
Studies & experience:
- Bachelor degree Economics/Social studies/Legal/Engineering
- Preferable: prior experience in Financial Industry
- Preferable: Settlement experience
Language skills:
- Italian
