- Previous experience in this or related roles.
- At least 10-15 years' experience in industry
- Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills (both internal and external).
- In addition to Italian, excellent written and spoken English is required.
- Demonstrates strategic and long-term thinking.
- Has a full understanding of management and budgeting processes.
- Can act as Key Account Manager, able to interface with the customer at all levels.
