    Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Operations Support Intern to join our Operations located in Latina.

    Main activities to be followed:

    Support of improvement projects related to Batch Record review in OperationsCreation of STD work for Batch Record Review in OperationsSupport the development of KPI for lead time review of new products.

    Support the activities related to the Performance Management for Batch Record Review in Operations Qualifications Requirements and Qualifications:
    Master's degree in scientific discipline (i.e. Chemistry, CTF or equivalent)Strong skills of ownership and accountabilitySkilled in problem-solving and decision making.
    Capacity to lead projectsCapability to easily connect with people and prepare smart proposals for project approaches.
