The telecom market continues evolving and broadband is becoming a primary need as other utilities.

The Nokia FN Broadband Division is shaping the worldwide market business and we are a very dynamic and international team.


Italy is one of the Key Fiber market in Europe and together with the support of the division activities there will be quite a number of local initiatives driven by the local Italian team to support Nokia role in Italian market and with customer, partners and local stakeholders.


What you will learn and contribute to

Main responsibilities within the BroadBand division are:

  • Providing executive assistance on daily operational topics, mainly to Head of the Business Operation and Head of Fiber Business Unit
  • Travel support (endtoend coordination: travel bookings, logistics, travel documents, expense claims)
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, customer engagements, workshops (e.g.
Leadership team meetings, town halls) and related arrangements (invitations, Teams, catering, venues, etc).

  • Preparation of presentations and materials for meetings and events when needed
  • Networking and collaboration with stakeholders from other units
  • Providing support with tools and approvals
  • Coordination of communications with Internal and external communications incl. team sites (creation, access rights, maintenance), distribution lists social media
  • Participating actively in innovating how to further improve Product and Business management Leadership team cooperation, working practices, communications

Your skills and experience

  • Proven experience in providing professional Assistant support for executive leaders in highly international environment
  • Proactiveness and positive mind set
  • Ability to work successfully with leaders and colleagues across multiple organizations and countries
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (ppt/outlook/excel/word)
  • High ethical standards; able to manage sensitive and confidential information
