- Analizzare, dal punto di vista contabile e fiscale , tutte le operazioni immobiliari in collaborazione con altri Reparti della Società e consulenti esterni
- Rilevare nel sistema contabile i documen t i secondo i principi contabili nazionali e di Gruppo
- Collaborare nello svolgimento delle attività di chiusura mensile
- Fornire supporto alla redazione del bilancio con riferimento all'area Cespiti
- Supportare le attività di definizione ed aggiornamento delle procedure aziendali
- Supportare le attività di implementazione di progetti nell'area Contabilità Cespiti
- Brillante percorso universitario in economia e, con carattere di preferenza, precedente conseguimento diploma di ragioneria
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Ottima conoscenza del sistema Excel
- Preferenziale esperienza nella gestione contabile dei beni strumentali nel settore della Grande Distribuzione Organizzata, presso società di revisione o presso uno studio commercialista
- Iniziativa personale e curiosità verso l'approfondimento e la risoluzione di casistiche compless e, anche con riferimento a questioni di carattere fiscale
- Capacità di comunicazione e propensione al lavoro in team
- Precisione, doti analitiche e capacità di organizzare il lavoro assegnato al fine di garantire il rispetto delle scadenze
- La buona conoscenza del tedesco e la conoscenza del modulo SAP FI/CO costituiranno carattere preferenziale
