    Main activities

  • Collaborate with the General Management in ordinary and extraordinary administrative management and reporting to the Board of Directors
  • Ensure technical/specialist support and collaboration with other managerial functions
  • Ensure collaboration with auditors, accountants and other professionals for legal and tax compliance
  • Guarantee timely accounting and administrative management (receivable cycle, passive cycle, general accounting, assets, etc.)
  • Guarantee the supervision of economic and financial flows and legal obligations (e.g. treasury, debt collection, banking institutions, budgets, etc.)
  • Ensure the preparation of periodic and annual tax returns and the closing of the financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with personnel management
  • Ensure the implementation of more effective management control system
  • Coordinate and support direct collaborators

    • Requirements

    Fundamentals/Must haves

  • Economics degree (or equivalent culture)
  • Previous experience in administrative and financial fields
  • Ability to coordinate and manage the entire administrative process with direct responsibility for the budget, from its drafting to closure
  • Ability to plan and coordinate one's own activities and those of one's collaborators
  • Teamwork orientation, listening skills, integrity

    • Preferential/Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the administrative processes and obligations required by the wine sector regulations
  • Knowledge of the English language
