  • The Customer Service Specialist will deliver excellence in all customer interactions. The post holder will provide direct support to customers and the sales & medical team in delivering presale and postsale customer service. In depth knowledge of the company's customer service policies and excellent product
- knowledge will be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers


Your key responsibilities:


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure ethical behaviour and full compliance with the company's policies.
  • Perform the function switchboard operator.
  • Responsible for supporting customer facing functions in processing orders/returns.
  • It will have to interface with supply chains, hospital purchasing managers, and, if required, nuclear doctors.
  • Providing metrics/reports to Sales team.
  • Monitoring, tracking and updating clients on the status of shipments.
  • Entering information into the proprietary databases (es ROME, D365).
  • Complete the order process from receipt of customer orders (planned or otherwise) through to dispatch and then invoice, using the company's standard procedure.

Minimum requirements
**What you'll bring to the role: - High school diploma or Customer Service qualifications.

  • Experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in Italian. Good knowledge of English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, attention to detail and strong problemsolving attitude.
