- Assicurare l'effettivo utilizzo dei sistemi e strumenti Lean Manufacturing che supportano il miglioramento continuo e la riduzione progressiva dei costi aziendali;
- Coordinare le funzioni di produzione e guidarle verso l'implementazione e lo sviluppo dei processi produttivi e dei flussi logistici, con il fine di perseguire un miglioramento continuo;
- Fornire una mappatura accurata dei dati di produzione/processo, definendo opportunita' e strumenti per ottenere la maggiore efficienza;
- Assicurare il miglioramento delle performance di Plant/linee;
- Fornire linee guida ed indirizzi ai team dedicati per identificare e realizzare iniziative volte alla riduzione dei costi operativi (OCS);
- Portare avanti e monitorare le iniziative di 5S;
- Individuare le azioni Kaizen e monitorarne andamenti e risultati;
- Promuovere lo scambio di informazioni e le best practice all'interno del sito.
- Laurea in Ingegneria gestionale/meccanica o affini
- Esperienza minima di 3 anni in ruoli analoghi (Process Engineer/Lean Manufacturing Engineer/Continuous Improvement) in aziende con contesto strutturato
- Conoscenza dei processi produttivi in ambito industriale
- Provenienza da aziende manifatturiere
- Ottima conoscenza dell'Inglese (B2) scritta e parlata
