- Laurea in informatica o esperienza lavorativa equivalente
- Capacità di sviluppare in modo efficace e indipendente e nello stesso tempo di contribuire ai risultati come parte di un team
- 5+ anni di sviluppo diapplicazioni web / servizi web lato back-end tramite linguaggi di programmazione ad oggetti
- Conoscenza di PHP con utilizzo del framework Symfony (richiesto almeno 4 anni di utilizzo del framework)
- Aver seguito per intero progetti di sviluppo software di prodotto per almeno 2 anni
- Richiesta presenza mensile (circa ogni 4-5 settimane) agli staff meeting del team di sviluppo che si tengono a rotazione su Bologna, Roma o Firenze
- Ottimo italiano e buona conoscenza lingua inglese
- Gradita conoscenza metodologia sviluppo agile Scrum, architetture a Microservizi o con pattern Event Sourcing, confidenza con Domain Driven Design (DDD)

Per Start up innovativa con sede a Trento siamo alla ricerca di un Lead Developer che si occuperà di progettare e sviluppare le applicazioni web a forte matrice tecnologica: architettura altamente scalabile offerta in SaaS, fatta di microservizi cloud-native, multi-tenant, isolati in container, monitorati da Prometheus, ospitati in AWS in un cluster dotato di una certa autonomia.
La figura ricercata si occuperà anche di reingegnerizzare alcune parti del prodotto software, definirne l'architettura e stabilire il planning delle attività per gli sviluppatori facenti parte del team (4/5 persone).
Tecnologie principalmente utilizzate: PHP/Symfony, Golang, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, React, Redis Cluster, Docker, Test automatici e Continuous Integration con approccio allo sviluppo Agile.
Il candidato ideale ha almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo e possiede le seguenti caratteristiche:
L'azienda offre: strumenti per postazione di lavoro, formazione continua (almeno 1 corso all'anno), assicurazione sanitaria integrativa, tempo indeterminato, lavoro da remoto eccetto per gli staff meeting con cadenza ogni 4/5 settimane.
La retribuzione sarà attribuita come indicato nelle informazioni della Job (tra i 40 e i 55K) a seconda della seniority del candidato.
