- Analizza e ottimizza i tempi standard attraverso il monitoraggio del loro andamento e l'identificazione di opportunità di miglioramento (es. sequenze di cambio prodotto, SMED...) in collaborazione con le funzioni coinvolte.
- Collabora con l'unità organizzativa e il planning per assicurare l'ottimale schedulazione delle attività di reparto:
- Conosce la schedulazione delle attività manutentive pianificate (interne ed esterne), nonché i dettagli delle fasi di progettazione e prove per nuovi formati (es. installazioni formato, attività TT, convalide, mediafill etc.)
- Analizza la schedulazione di tutte le attività dell'unità organizzativa, identifica le ottimizzazioni nel breve e medio termine, e lavora con il planning per inglobarle nella pianificazione di campagne successive
- Si assicura di includere tutte le attività necessarie all'avvio di produzione (es. manutenzioni o ispettive pianificate, prove, convalide, calibrazioni, scongeli...) nel piano di produzione.
- Supporta l'unità tecnica e il Learning nella pianificazione degli interventi formativi in base alle attività previste dal piano produttivo
- Assicura la readiness dell'unità rispetto al piano di produzione nel breve termine, gestendo in tempo reale eventuali criticità con l'obiettivo di minimizzare l'impatto sulla delivery. In dettaglio:
- Collabora con l'unità tecnologica nel monitorare e assicurare la disponibilità dei documenti (MBR, SOP) e dei materiali approvati entro i tempi necessari in collaborazione con Planning, Procurement, QC Packaging, Dispensing.
- Monitora l'esecuzione delle varie attività ed è in grado di gestire in modo reattivo eventuali imprevisti
- Collabora con l'unità tecnologica per garantire le attività previste dalla schedulazione
- Monitora l'esecuzione delle attività tramite raccolta e analisi dati/KPI e l'andamento delle fasi di lavorazione, rivedendo lo scheduling in caso di criticità per mantenere la delivery o interfacciandosi con planning per valutare impatti sulla pianificazione.
- Conosce e sa interpretare i valori dei KPI e metriche dell'unità per valutare l'efficienza delle linee, guasti, microfermate etc.
- Collabora con l'unità tecnologica nel monitorare e assicurare che l'esecuzione dei controlli di processo (IPC) sia svolta nei tempi previsti.
- Collabora con l'unità tecnologica nel monitorare e assicurare che la revisione del Batch Record sia effettuata nei tempi previsti dal reparto produttivo e dal Quality on the Floor.
