- Coordinare le attività dei Direttori di Cantiere, compresa la definizione delle partecipazioni alle varie riunioni di cantiere, al fine di permettere il rispetto dei termini contrattuali concordati, la realizzazione delle opere previste massimizzando il risultato economico dell'Impresa, rispettare i tempi e i costi inseriti nel Budget Operativo di commessa, recependo nel frattempo i contenuti della documentazione di progetto (compreso il Project Chart) e le regole di buona costruzione definite dall'ufficio tecnico
- Ottenere gli obiettivi economici e aziendali associati alle commesse affidate;
- Supervisionare l'archiviazione documentale e la corretta gestione delle revisioni;
- Partecipare attivamente alle riunioni di coordinamento di cantiere, assicurando linee guida;
- Creare il piano di approvvigionamento della commessa e comunicarlo all'ufficio acquisti;
- Organizzare riunioni con il Direttore di cantiere per definire le linee guida del cantiere e lo scambio di informazioni necessario per la partenza corretta del cantiere;
- Controllare la qualita' delle lavorazioni eseguite in cantiere;
- Verificare la redazione delle contabilita' mensili e verificare la produzione della documentazione necessaria a diminuire la corretta esecuzione delle opere;
- Garantire la redazione della documentazione richiesta dal contratto per l'emissione delle fatture;
- Supervisionare il controllo delle contabilità dei fornitori e dei subappaltatori in modo tale da permettere l'emissione dei certificati di pagamento secondo il contratto di subappalto o di fornitura concordato dall'ufficio acquisti;
- Gestire correttamente le varianti allo scopo di fornitura e le variazioni nei tempi di costruzione
- Conoscere e guidare l'intero processo di produzione della costruzione;
- Conoscenza dei principali materiali edili, elettrici e termoidraulici;
- Conoscenza delle principali prescrizioni normative dell'attività, anche su tematiche di sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro e gestire con Ufficio Sicurezza e con i fornitori interni ed esterni le procedure legate ai rifiuti prodotti o alle terre da scavo;
- Essere in grado di valutare lo stato di avanzamento dei lavori, al fine di rispettare la periodicità mensile nella produzione di SIL/SAL e reportistica di controllo operativo, e proponendo azioni correttive dove necessario;
- Essere in grado di gestire le eventuali anomalie nell'esecuzione della commessa;
- Essere consapevole di partecipare a Team di lavoro nei quali devono risultare spiccate propensioni al confronto costruttivo, essere fonte di stimolo nei confronti dei colleghi, stimolando l'innovazione in processi produttivi e aziendali, politiche commerciali;
- Predisposizione all'utilizzo di nuove tecnologie e di software, e propensione all'acquisizione di nuove competenze
- Titolo di studio di geometra, ingegnere civile o comunque attinente alla mansione da svolgere;
- Esperienza pluriennale come P.M. nella gestione di cantieri di tipo industriale e civile.
