What You Will Do
Partecipazione a progetti di miglioramento continuo, guidati da ingegneri o manager più esperti.
Contribuzione all'identificazione di soluzioni, alla progettazione di nuovi processi e alla valutazione delle prestazioni delle iniziative.
Implementazione di cambiamenti e ottimizzazioni: collaborerai con il team per implementare i miglioramenti identificati.
Supporto nella documentazione: stesura di documentazione tecnica, come report di analisi dei dati, report di progetto o procedure operative standard.
Formazione e sviluppo personale: avrai l'opportunità di partecipare a sessioni di formazione e workshop per approfondire le tue competenze tecniche e acquisire familiarità con strumenti e metodologie di miglioramento continuo, come Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma o Kaizen.
Collaborazione interfunzionale: lavorerai a stretto contatto con diversi dipartimenti all'interno dell'azienda, come produzione, ingegneria, qualità e logistica, per comprendere a fondo il funzionamento dell'intera catena di produzione.
Monitoraggio dei risultati: monitorerai l'efficacia dei cambiamenti implementati e raccoglierai i feedback dagli operatori sul campo.

Conoscenza tecnica: solida comprensione dei principi ingegneristici, delle tecnologie e delle metodologie utilizzate nei processi di produzione.
