Descrizione
Inserita presso l'ente Service, la risorsa avrà la responsabilità di assicurare il completamento nei tempi previsti delle varie attività definite dal comitato APS (Product Safety Committee) ed in particolare di coordinare i vari enti aziendali (PMM, R&D, Acquisti, Qualità, After Sales, Produzione) coinvolti da queste attività con particolare focus sull'eventuale iter di modifica dei componenti e dei processi interessati da casi APS.In dettaglio alla risorsa oggetto della ricerca sarà richiesto di:
- Presenziare a tutte le riunioni del comitato APS e correlate (incluse le riunioni operative in cui vengono gestite le azioni correttive);
- Monitorare ed eventualmente sollecitare le attività definite dal comitato APS;
- Aggiornare lo stato di avanzamento delle attività in corso (in azienda e presso i fornitori) su tutti i casi in gestione;
- Coordinare le attività tra azienda e partner esterni, monitorandone l'andamento dal punto di vista delle tempistiche per garantire massima rapidità di introduzione dell'azione correttiva definita in APS (sia essa un nuovo componente o processo);
- Gestire le attività di richiesta di offerta di materiali prototipali presso fornitori esterni e coordinarne operativamente il flusso all'interno dell'azienda e dei reparti interessati;
- Monitorare e coordinare le attività di progettazione, sviluppo e validazione dei nuovi componenti (nonché le modifiche agli stessi) nel rispetto di tempi, performance tecniche e di qualità previsti;
- Stimare e monitorare gli investimenti necessari all'introduzione delle varie azioni correttive, tenendo aggiornati i responsabili delle commesse coinvolte (PMM, CdG, etc...).
Si richiede:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Gestionale, conseguita con brillante votazione e nei tempi previsti;
- Conoscenza del settore motociclistico;
- Conoscenza e dimestichezza nell'utilizzo dei principali programmi informatici;
- Fluente conoscenza lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.
Completano il profilo ottime capacità relazionali, organizzative, problem solving e attitudine al team working.
